All who knew her knows where she is & what she is doing now.

  1. Randy Buchwald Says:

My name is randy Buchwald and I am a former Roselawn resdient. My uncle Joseph Buchwald is still alive and well and would like to contact Tillie.

Can you please email me her number or have her contact Joe at 415-753-2306

  2. Valerie Varwig Says:

Tillie and I had a conversation and she talked of spirituality, life and death. I understood from our conversation that she had reached a peace in her life and knew that she was preparing herself to cross over. She said “you understand what I’m talking about” . I indeed understood and assured her that death is very easy, that I had seen it many times. She thanked me for our conversation because she said that so many people don’t understand, and she was comforted by my understanding. That conversation was I think February 22nd.

I just recently learned that Tillie had been ill & in the hospital & then she had passed away.
Tillie had a great attitude about life & was always there to listen to others & give them inspiration & offer her wisdom without asking for anything in return.
When I was down on my luck & one bad thing after another was happening to me from loss of relationship, my business, my health, 30 days in the hospital, three operations & almost dying from a fatal illness & then the robbery & murder of my 30 year old son Tillie was there for me & would always say nice things about me or the way I danced to help cheer me up & get me out of my depression. You could always talk with Tillie about almost anything or express your feelings freely & openly.
She also taught me many dance moves when I was a new guy at The Old Cadillac Ranch which kept getting re-named before they closed for good.
I started going there in 1990 & would drive down from Dayton on Tuesdays & Sundays.
Tillie know that I care about you & appreciate you & your friendship & so do many others who have danced with you & become friends.
Whatever happens from this day forward it will be only the best.
All of us have a body, mind & spirit.
Our bodies will all go one day but our minds & spirits will go on forever.
You expalined that to me a long time ago.
I will think of you being there always.
Out there on the dance floor.
I made this website for Tillie simply because she deserved it.
I was very happy to do that for her without her asking.
She was very proud of it & rightfully so.
    She earned it.
She was a very special person.
What she would call a chosen one.

  4. Jason Miklic Says:

I will dearly miss Tillie’s spirit and enthusiasm for life and dance! She was certainly one of a kind, and also one who greatly influenced those around her, myself included.

    God bless you Tillie!

    Love,

    Jason
